Job Description
The Graduate Recruitment Programme (GRP) is designed to bridge the gap between university education and real-world employment. This 3–5 weeks hybrid learning programme equips recent graduates with essential soft skills and practical competencies required to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
Participants will gain access to career counseling, mentorship, and internship opportunities, with the potential for job placement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper – 2:1) in any of the following disciplines:
- Accounting
- Computer Science
- Human Resources (HR)
- Legal
- Statistics/Mathematics
- Engineering (Electronics, Civil, Mechanical)
- Economics
- Business Administration
- 0–1 year of work experience.
- Completion of NYSC not earlier than 2024.
- Must be resident in Lagos.
- Strong commitment to learning, growth mindset, and positive attitude.
- Laptop access is an added advantage.
