Job Description
Telmek Energy Solutions Limited is inviting applications from qualified Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program.
This structured development program is designed to equip recent graduates with practical industry experience while exposing them to key aspects of energy infrastructure development and power sector operations. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable technical and operational knowledge through real-world projects.
Areas of Exposure
Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and experience in:
- Off-grid power generation systems
- Power distribution networks
- Operations and maintenance activities
- Technical project implementation

Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2:2) from a recognized university.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CAD software and engineering design tools will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in the energy and power sector.
