Job Description
Greensprings School invites applications for its 2026/2027 Graduate Trainee Programme, designed for passionate graduates seeking to build a career in education.
The programme provides an opportunity to gain practical teaching experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to a dynamic learning environment.
Successful candidates will be deployed across various campuses and may work within general education, early childhood education, or special needs support, depending on their qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning activities in assigned classrooms
- Assist in student engagement and classroom management
- Contribute to lesson planning and curriculum delivery
- Promote child development through interactive and structured learning
- Collaborate with teaching staff and school administrators
- Uphold high professional and ethical standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Education or related field
- Candidates with non-education degrees must possess PGDE, PDE, or NCE
- Relevant disciplines include Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and related fields
Eligibility Criteria:
- Not more than 3 years post-NYSC experience
- Age range: 20–30 years
Preferred Candidates:
- Early Childhood Education graduates with Montessori certification (for preschool roles)
- Special Education graduates (for Anthos House and Learning Support roles)
- Candidates passionate about working with children, including those with special needs
