Job Description

Greensprings School invites applications for its 2026/2027 Graduate Trainee Programme, designed for passionate graduates seeking to build a career in education.

The programme provides an opportunity to gain practical teaching experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to a dynamic learning environment.

Successful candidates will be deployed across various campuses and may work within general education, early childhood education, or special needs support, depending on their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning activities in assigned classrooms
  • Assist in student engagement and classroom management
  • Contribute to lesson planning and curriculum delivery
  • Promote child development through interactive and structured learning
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and school administrators
  • Uphold high professional and ethical standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Education or related field
  • Candidates with non-education degrees must possess PGDE, PDE, or NCE
  • Relevant disciplines include Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and related fields

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Not more than 3 years post-NYSC experience
  • Age range: 20–30 years

Preferred Candidates:

  • Early Childhood Education graduates with Montessori certification (for preschool roles)
  • Special Education graduates (for Anthos House and Learning Support roles)
  • Candidates passionate about working with children, including those with special needs
