Job Description
The Stanbic IBTC Digital Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to attract and develop digitally skilled graduates who are passionate about technology and innovation in financial services.
The programme provides an intensive learning experience aimed at equipping participants with the skills required to support the digital and technology transformation objectives of the Stanbic IBTC Group.
Successful candidates will work on technology-driven solutions while gaining exposure to key areas of digital banking and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or equivalent in an Information Technology–related discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum of five credits in WAEC/NECO/GCE, including Mathematics and English.
- Applicants must not be older than 26 years at the time of engagement.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and possess a discharge certificate.
- Candidate’s date of birth, gender, and class of degree must be clearly stated in the application.

- User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design
