Job Description
Design & Content Creation
▪️ Create visually appealing designs for both digital and print materials
▪️ Develop creative concepts and layouts for marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional content
▪️ Produce static graphics, motion graphics, animations, and short video creatives
Collaboration
▪️ Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create high-converting visual content
▪️ Ensure all designs align with and maintain brand identity consistency
Editing & Improvement
▪️ Revise and refine graphics based on feedback
▪️ Deliver projects within deadlines
Industry Awareness
▪️ Stay updated with current design trends, motion design techniques, and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
✔️ 2–4 years proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or related creative roles
✔️ Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
After Effects
Premiere Pro
Canva
CorelDRAW (or similar tools)
✔️ Ability to create:
Static designs
Motion graphics
Animated content
Short promotional videos
✔️ Strong creativity and attention to detail
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
✔️ OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (added advantage)
