Job Description
GetTalenta is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing, Brands & Partnerships to lead its marketing strategy, strengthen brand identity, and drive partnership growth. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with business acumen to develop impactful campaigns and collaborations that expand the company’s reach within the creative, entertainment, and tech industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy across digital, experiential, and cultural touchpoints.
- Build and maintain a consistent, powerful brand identity across all channels.
- Oversee marketing for internal and creator-led projects, including music, content, merchandise, and live experiences.
- Lead creative direction and storytelling across social media, PR, and digital platforms.
- Identify and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with business goals.
- Build relationships with agencies, entertainment firms, record labels, and lifestyle brands.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements that deliver measurable value.
- Work with talent teams to develop creator brand strategies and monetization models.
- Lead the creation of proposals, decks, and sponsorship packages.
- Track partnership performance, brand reach, and revenue outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, or business development, preferably in music, fashion, media, or tech.
- Proven record of leading successful marketing campaigns or partnerships.
- Deep understanding of African youth culture, entertainment, and the creator economy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership ability and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
- Strategic thinker with creative flair and attention to detail.
