CHAN Medi-Pharm Ltd/Gte is seeking a qualified and experienced HR/Admin Manager to oversee the company’s human resources and administrative functions.
Job Description
Develop and implement HR and administrative policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff welfare.
Oversee payroll, leave administration, and personnel records.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
Coordinate office administration and facility management.
Provide HR advisory support to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 – 6 years relevant HR/Admin experience.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
MBA or MSc in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Age limit: Not more than 35 years.
