Job Description
The HR / Admin Officer will be responsible for supporting human resource and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws, managing employee records, and providing HR support across factory and field operations. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or National Diploma (ND) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Administration, or a related discipline
- 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in an FMCG, manufacturing, or structured organisation
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience managing factory workers, shift systems, and field staff is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR documentation
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- CIPM certification or ongoing membership is an added advantage
