Job Description
The organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (NYSC) to support recruitment and HR operations.
This role offers hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate management, and HR administrative processes within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to candidate placement
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels
- Participate in candidate interviews and assessments
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases
- Coordinate interview schedules and communication with applicants
- Provide administrative support for HR operations and documentation
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records
- Support HR policy implementation, compliance, and internal processes
- Assist in preparing HR reports and recruitment metrics
Qualifications & Requirements
Core Requirements:
- Must be a current NYSC corps member
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related social science field
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
Additional Requirement:
- Must reside within a commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
