Job Description
The HR Lead will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compensation/benefits administration. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector)
- Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Solid understanding of compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Proficiency in HR software or ERP systems is an added advantage
