Job Description
▪️ Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
▪️ Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
▪️ Implement HR policies & ensure compliance
▪️ Coordinate performance management & appraisals
▪️ Maintain employee records and HR databases
▪️ Support payroll, leave, and attendance tracking
▪️ Drive training, development & engagement initiatives
▪️ Provide HR reports and insights for decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
▪️ B.Sc./HND in HR, Business Admin, or related field
▪️ 2–4 years HR experience
▪️ Strong knowledge of HR processes & labor laws
▪️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
▪️ High level of confidentiality and professionalism
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR tools
▪️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
▪️ EdTech/Tech experience is a plus
▪️ Must be based in Ibadan and available onsite
