Job Description
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
This role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and driving HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional HR certification such as CIPM or SHRM is an added advantage
Minimum of 6 years progressive HR experience
At least 2–3 years in an HRBP role within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels
