We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Human Resource Manager to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR functions, foster positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws within a hybrid work environment.
Job Description
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Support performance management processes and staff evaluations
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
Handle employee relations issues and address workplace concerns professionally
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal HR policies
Support staff training, development initiatives, and HR reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 1–3 years HR experience (real estate or related industry is an advantage)
BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Good working knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions effectively
