Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring effective people management, compliance with labor laws, and the development of a strong organizational culture. The role requires a proactive leader who is passionate about employee engagement and capable of driving strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in employee engagement and culture development
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of self-awareness, motivation, and accountability
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Ability to work smart and leverage relationships to achieve outstanding results
- HR certifications such as CIPMN, PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM-CP are an added advantage
