Job Description
Jomav Homes is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and support organizational growth. The successful candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance while promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Promote employee engagement, productivity, and a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Utilize HR software and tools for efficient HR operations and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional HR experience.
- Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and digital HR tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are an added advantage.
- Must be resident in Akure or willing to relocate.
