Job Description
CWAY Foods and Beverages is seeking a Human Resources Officer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support HR operations in an engineering environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing end-to-end HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and selection activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee relations.
- Prepare salaries, pensions, and tax remittances.
- Oversee employee engagement and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Sound understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an FMCG company is an added advantage.
