Job Description
The Human Resources Officer will oversee core HR functions, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and support the organization’s workforce management strategy. The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strong knowledge of HR best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3–4 years’ HR experience.
- Experience must be from a verifiable, reputable organisation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labour regulations.
- Previous HR experience in the FMCG industry is desirable.
- Proficiency in the use of relevant HR tools and workplace software.
- Professional HR training and certifications are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
