The HVAC VRV/VRF Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of VRV/VRF air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The role requires ensuring system efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety standards.
Job Description
Install, commission, and maintain VRV/VRF HVAC systems.
Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs.
Conduct preventive and routine maintenance inspections.
Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and pressure testing.
Monitor electrical controls, airflow, and refrigerant levels.
Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Prepare and maintain service and maintenance reports.
Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with VRV/VRF systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics.
Experience working with brands such as:
Daikin
LG
Samsung
Mitsubishi Electric
Ability to read technical manuals and electrical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in confined spaces and perform manual tasks.
