Job Description
Crystal Thorpe is seeking a qualified and experienced ICU Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced intensive care environment, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and respond promptly to emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered Nurse with 2–3 years post-qualification experience
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) and current practicing licence
- Completion of nursing training from an accredited institution
- Essential IT skills
- Pleasant personality; smart, neat, polite, and gentle with patients
- Strong customer focus and professional demeanor
