Job Description

InEvent is inviting applications for its 2026 Graduate Take-off Internship Programme, a one-year remote training initiative designed to equip graduates with practical skills in technology, business operations, and digital services.

The programme provides hands-on experience across multiple departments while allowing participants to work remotely for 40 hours per week. Interns will gain real-world exposure, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to transition into full-time employment upon successful completion.

  • Human Resources (HR) Intern

Key Responsibilities (General Across Roles):

  • Support customer and client engagement through chat, email, and virtual communication
  • Assist in resolving technical, operational, and product-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery
  • Participate in product testing, updates, and platform improvement activities
  • Support sales, HR, compliance, or technical operations depending on assigned role
  • Learn and adapt to evolving digital tools and platform updates
  • Contribute to achieving team KPIs and performance targets

Qualifications & Requirements

General Eligibility:

  • Must be between 18–25 years old (for some roles)
  • Recent graduate or final-year student
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Available to work 40 hours per week remotely
  • Must own a personal laptop and stable internet connection
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Role-Specific Requirements (varies by position):

  • Experience in customer support, sales, HR, or tech (advantageous but not always required)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) for Sales roles
  • Basic understanding of Google Sheets or technical tools for support roles
  • HR or compliance exposure preferred for relevant positions
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
