Job Description
The Ingentia Energies Graduate Trainee Program is a 12-month intensive development program designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical industry experience. Selected candidates will undergo multidisciplinary technical and commercial rotations across various departments including engineering, geology, operations, and energy finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured technical and commercial training programs.
- Rotate across multiple departments within the organization.
- Support engineering, operational, and business functions.
- Contribute to field and office-based assignments.
- Work collaboratively with experienced professionals and mentors.
- Participate in problem-solving, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Develop industry-relevant technical and leadership competencies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university.
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program by July 2026.
- Applicants must not be older than 27 years at the time of application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
