Job Description
Kuda is seeking a skilled and analytical iOS Engineer to join its product engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance native iOS applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.
This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new mobile features.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications.
- Ensure app performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and deliver new features.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Fix bugs and improve application stability.
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-structured code.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional iOS development experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS development tools.
- Experience with Swift Package Manager and Cocoa Touch.
- Strong knowledge of UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
- Familiarity with offline storage, multithreading, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs with mobile applications.
- Understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and UI/UX principles.
- Experience with performance profiling tools such as Instruments.
- Familiarity with push notifications and cloud messaging APIs.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
