Job Description
Max Drive is seeking an experienced IT & Infrastructure Manager to oversee IT operations, infrastructure planning, and systems management. The role involves leading large-scale IT projects, ensuring infrastructure reliability, and implementing best practices across systems, networks, and security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and operations
- Lead large IT projects and infrastructure rollouts across multiple technologies
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of systems and networks
- Manage IT operations including systems administration, databases, storage, and telephony
- Develop and enforce IT infrastructure and operational best practices
- Provide leadership and supervision to IT teams
- Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery
- Prioritize projects and operational tasks effectively to meet business goals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years’ cognate experience in IT operations
- At least 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in operations management within a field-related role
- Demonstrated experience managing large IT projects and infrastructure rollouts
- Excellent working knowledge of:
- Computer systems
- IT security
- Network and systems administration
- Databases and data storage systems
- Telephony and communication systems
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operations best practices
