Available Positions

1. HSE Supervisor

The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. The role involves policy development, risk assessment, inspections, training, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Analyze HSE data, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate HSE training for employees and stakeholders.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Enforce compliance with HSE regulations and communicate safety expectations.
  • Collaborate with teams on risk management strategies.
  • Support environmental programs such as waste management and pollution prevention.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred.
  • Proven experience in HSE management within industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments.
2. Human Resources Supervisor

The HR Supervisor will support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide counseling on company policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
  • Implement onboarding and training programs.
  • Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, HND, or MBA in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • HR professional certification (advantage).
  • Strong recruitment and HR operations skills.
  • Willingness to relocate on short notice.
