Job Description

Available Positions
1. Senior Supervisor (Operation / Maintenance / Contract Engineer – Electrical)

The Senior Supervisor will oversee maintenance, electrical operations, and contract engineering, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement emergency response procedures and safety policies.
  • Serve as Permit-to-Work (PTW) signatory and enforce safe work systems.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on HV/LV electrical equipment.
  • Supervise frontline maintenance teams and collaborate with plant operators.
  • Troubleshoot critical electrical/control systems and ensure asset integrity.
  • Provide technical support, equipment specifications, and vendor liaison.
  • Participate in RCA investigations, inspections, and HSE meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • ND/HND in Sciences/Engineering with 5–8 years’ oil and gas experience.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role (preferably within FOT Maintenance team).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Mars 100 Solar Turbines.
  • Transformer & Switchgear certification (NAPTIN).
  • Cable jointing & termination certification (NAPTIN).
  • NEMSA Electrical Installation Certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of HV systems, schematics, and electrical safety regulations.
  • SAP proficiency, PTW certification, and T-BOSIET are added advantages.
2. Field Operations Supervisor – Forcados Terminal (FOT) CRO Operations

The Field Operations Supervisor will manage control room operations, oversee shift activities, and ensure smooth plant operations at the Forcados Terminal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operators in daily field and control room activities.
  • Manage shutdown permits, isolation processes, and emergency responses.
  • Monitor production rates, perform troubleshooting, and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to prepare equipment for maintenance.
  • Supervise compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  • Generate and submit daily production reports to NUPRC.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Sciences/Engineering.
  • 5–8 years’ experience as a Control Room Operator or Supervisor.
  • At least 5 years in RAEC terminal operations.
  • Knowledge of Forcados Terminal operations and permit systems.
  • Ability to interpret process engineering flow schemes (PEFS).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and hazard management skills.
  • T-BOSIET certification is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
3. Mechanical Engineer – Forcados Terminal

The Mechanical Engineer will supervise maintenance teams, manage static and rotating equipment, and ensure mechanical integrity of assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead welders, technicians, and scaffolders in executing mechanical tasks.
  • Diagnose and repair rotating and static equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps).
  • Perform vibration analysis, alignment, and condition monitoring.
  • Manage fabrication, machining, and workshop activities.
  • Prepare risk assessments, PTW documentation, and safety procedures.
  • Support vendor-based maintenance jobs and liaise with regulators.
  • Conduct root cause failure analysis and provide technical reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Trade Cert (IVQ)/OND/HND/B.Engr in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 7–12 years’ mechanical experience in oil and gas operations.
  • Experience with Solar turbines, Caterpillar engines, Sulzer pumps, and Atlas Copco compressors.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
