1. Retail Marketing Associate (Multiple Locations)
Job Description
The Retail Marketing Associate (RMA) will be responsible for sales and marketing of Ardova’s product portfolio, including white products, lubricants, LPG, and renewables, at retail outlets. The role includes outlet supervision, business development, personnel training, account reconciliation, competitive analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor company retail outlets within assigned coverage areas.
- Conduct monthly appraisals of outlet managers and dealers.
- Expand Ardova’s retail footprint across assigned locations.
- Carry out financial exposure audits and pump integrity checks at company-operated stations.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure dealer statement sign-offs.
- Conduct spot checks for diversion, dumping, and quality assurance.
- Ensure zero outstanding waybills and compliance with operational standards.
- Achieve sales, gross margin, and business KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:2) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of Ardova’s products and downstream oil & gas sector operations.
- Excellent customer service, stakeholder management, and networking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Good leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills.
2. Business Manager (Retail) – Southwest & North II
Job Description
The Business Manager (Retail) will lead sales and marketing strategies across Ardova’s retail outlets in the Southwest and North II regions. The role requires driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing assets, and providing leadership to the Retail Marketing Associates to achieve set sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development across company-operated outlets within the region.
Grow Ardova’s market share and drive customer acquisition. - Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage budgets and conduct performance appraisals for Retail Marketing Associates.
- Liaise with terminal operations and logistics to ensure product availability.
- Propose pricing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends to inform business strategies.
- Drive innovative initiatives to increase outlet footfall and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:2) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of downstream oil & gas operations and regulations.
- Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
