1. Drivers
Job Description:
Dana Group seeks experienced and reliable Drivers to join its operations team. The role involves safely transporting company staff, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, and adhering strictly to traffic and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff and materials.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company transport policies.
- Manage fuel, maintenance logs, and other vehicle-related records.
- Perform daily inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Have SSCE or OND certificate.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 5 years driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
2. Auto Clave Loader
Job Description:
The Autoclave Loader will be responsible for assisting in the sterilization of production materials, equipment, and components using the autoclave machine in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The role ensures safety, accuracy, and efficiency in sterilization processes to maintain high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload autoclaves following established safety procedures.
- Operate autoclave machines while maintaining accurate temperature, pressure, and timing parameters.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the autoclave area.
- Lubricate autoclaves and parking trolleys according to maintenance schedules.
- Document all autoclaving activities, including cycle records and equipment performance.
- Report abnormalities or equipment issues to the Autoclave Supervisor or Production Pharmacist.
- Follow all GMP, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Submit detailed end-of-shift reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND / SSCE / Technical Certificate in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Prior experience in sterilization or autoclave operations (preferably in pharmaceutical, food, or beverage industries).
- Familiarity with GMP and workplace safety procedures.
