Job Description
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer and channel strategies within the Modern Trade segment. The role involves planning, implementing, and executing channel strategies that drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen Peak Milk’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and implement effective customer and channel strategies.
- Drive execution of category plans within the Modern Trade channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve distribution, visibility, and product performance in modern trade outlets.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong persuasive communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent business acumen and result orientation.
- Ability to develop strategies that drive sales performance and revenue growth.
