Job Description
Obasanjo Farms Nigeria is currently recruiting qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:
1. Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and sourcing plans.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor procurement budgets and purchasing activities.
- Maintain supplier records and evaluate pricing options.
- Ensure the timely delivery of quality products and services.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in procurement management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Navision.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Salary Range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month.
2. Senior Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial and operational audits.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify risk areas.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior audit staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is required.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of audit experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a large audit firm is an added advantage.
Salary Range: ₦450,000 – ₦600,000 per month.
3. Chief Security Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Oversee security operations across all company locations.
- Conduct security risk assessments and investigations.
- Manage security personnel and coordinate with law enforcement agencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Military or Police background is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in security management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Professional security certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000 per month.
