Job Description
Flour Mills of Nigeria is currently recruiting qualified candidates for multiple technical and managerial positions across its operations. These roles focus on production efficiency, maintenance, export operations, and plant management within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Available Positions:
- Exports Operations Manager – FMN Holdings
- Fitter – Golden Penny Foods (Honeywell Flour Mills)
- Packing Supervisor – Golden Penny Foods
- Electrician – Golden Penny Foods (Honeywell Flour Mills)
- Electrical Supervisor – Golden Penny Foods (Honeywell Flour Mills)
Qualifications & Requirements
General Educational Requirements:
- SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree (depending on role)
- Relevant technical or engineering qualifications required for technical roles
Role-Based Requirements:
Exports Operations Manager
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years export/logistics experience
- Strong knowledge of international trade and documentation
Technical & Engineering Roles (Fitter, Electrician, Electrical Supervisor, Packing Supervisor)
- Minimum of SSCE with technical certification (NABTEB / City & Guilds / OND)
- At least 2 years relevant industrial or manufacturing experience
- Strong understanding of machinery maintenance and safety standards
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is an advantage
Key Skills Required:
- Strong technical and mechanical problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments
- Teamwork and supervisory capability
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Good communication and reporting skills
