1. Mechanical Supervisor – Conveying Systems
Job Description:
The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee all mechanical maintenance and servicing activities within the head house and conveying systems to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute maintenance and repair activities on mechanical systems in Offal and Pelletizing operations.
- Conduct inspections and enforce compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Troubleshoot faults and minimize machinery downtime.
- Maintain proper inventory and documentation of mechanical parts.
- Interpret engineering drawings for installations and repairs.
- Implement standard work procedures to improve maintenance efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- OND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role (preferably in FMCG or milling).
- 5 O’level credits, including English and Mathematics (in not more than two sittings).
- Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and pellet press operations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and leadership abilities.
- Strong commitment to safety and precision.
2. Electrical Supervisor – Conveying Systems
Job Description:
The Electrical Supervisor will manage and coordinate all electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure efficient operation of conveying systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical maintenance and installations in compliance with HSE and company standards.
- Lead and train team members to improve technical performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and ensure safe execution of electrical work.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all electrical activities.
- Ensure tools and materials are in good condition.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in electrical maintenance (preferably in milling or FMCG).
- 5 O’level credits, including English and Mathematics (in not more than two sittings).
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven commitment to safety and quality improvement.
