Job Description
SFS Capital is looking for a smart, diligent, and career-driven Law Intern to join its legal/compliance team in Lagos. This internship offers hands-on experience in legal advisory, compliance, and corporate governance within a fast-paced investment firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the legal team with research, document review, and drafting legal opinions.
Support compliance and regulatory filings.
Help prepare and maintain legal documentation.
Participate in contract review and risk analysis.
Provide general legal and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree.
Must have graduated with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1).
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and professionalism.
Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
