Job Description
The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is Marriott International’s premier graduate development initiative designed to train and inspire the next generation of leaders in hospitality.
This full-time, paid program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on management experience, mentorship, and global exposure across key hotel departments.
The program will be held at the Sheraton Lagos Hotel, Nigeria, beginning March 2026.
Program Highlights
As a Voyage participant, you will:
- Participate in hands-on, discipline-specific training and leadership-focused learning.
- Work directly with Marriott leaders and coaches across departments such as:
- Culinary
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Revenue Management
- Sales & Marketing
- Rotate across key hotel functions to gain practical leadership experience.
- Participate in live projects, innovation challenges, and management meetings.
- Develop essential skills in project management, people management, and customer relations.
- Join an international network of Voyage alumni and global mentors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (graduated within the last 2 years — i.e., on or after March 2024) (Associate degree acceptable for Culinary applicants)
- Strong critical-thinking and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Self-starter with a desire for personal and professional growth
- Work authorization in Nigeria (required)
- Final-year students graduating within 12 months of application may also apply
