Job Description
The Production Manager will oversee garment production processes, manage tailors, and ensure the timely delivery of fashion pieces while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily garment production activities
- Manage tailors and production staff
- Plan and monitor production timelines
- Ensure quality control and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in a fashion house
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes
- Proven ability to manage tailors and production schedules
Salary
₦300,000 per month
2. Creative Director
Job Description
The Creative Director will lead the brand’s design vision, oversee collections, and guide the creative direction of the fashion house.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design direction and creative concepts
- Lead and coordinate design teams
- Develop collections aligned with brand identity
- Ensure creative consistency across all outputs
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a fashion house
- Strong design vision and leadership skills
- Experience overseeing fashion collections
Salary
₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month
3. Pattern Drafter
Job Description
The Pattern Drafter will be responsible for creating accurate patterns for bespoke garments, based on provided sketches and measurements.
Responsibilities
- Draft patterns for bespoke wear
- Interpret fashion sketches and measurements accurately
- Collaborate with tailors and designers
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in pattern drafting
- Strong skills in bespoke pattern creation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
