Lead, Customer Experience
- Location: Lagos
- Category: Customer Care
- Qualifications: MSc / BSc / HND, ITIL Certified
- Experience: 8–10 years in customer service (3+ years in management)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Call Center BPO partners
- Ensure customer service quality standards and training delivery
- Monitor KPIs (AHT, FTR, SLA adherence, etc.)
- Coordinate process compliance, invoice validation, agent recruitment, and certification
- Manage escalations, service improvements, and training audits
Operations Reporting Analyst
- Location: Lagos
- Category: Telecom/Engineering
- Qualifications: BSc / HND in Engineering or Applied Sciences
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in GSM network operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage partner contracts, SLAs, and network KPIs
- Supervise infrastructure deployments and special projects
- Provide daily/weekly reports, ensure SLA compliance, and track penalties
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and network uptime
Accounts Payable Officer
- Location: Lagos
- Category: Accounting
- Qualifications: BSc / HND in Accounting or Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and staff payments
- Prepare payment schedules and reconcile accounts
- Ensure tax compliance and assist with audits
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial integrity
Enterprise Relationship Executive

- Qualifications: BSc in Social Sciences
- Experience: 3–5 years in customer-facing roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise clients across GSM and non-GSM services
