Available Positions
1. Customer Service Social Media Officer
The Customer Service Social Media Officer manages customer interactions across all social media platforms to ensure prompt, accurate, and professional responses. The role involves collaborating with agencies and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain brand voice consistency, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests via social media.
- Ensure resolution of issues within agreed SLAs.
- Escalate unresolved cases and follow up until resolved.
- Maintain response guidelines aligned with brand tone.
- Track performance of social media agencies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions.
- Monitor brand mentions and customer sentiment, escalating potential crises.
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, PR, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management or customer service.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Customer Experience (an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and crisis management.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
2. Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst provides financial analysis and support for company projects, ensuring strong decision-making and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop financial models and conduct variance analysis.
- Provide investment appraisals (NPV, IRR, ROI).
- Perform market research, data mining, and benchmarking.
- Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Recommend cost reduction and performance improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business.
- Membership of ACCA, ACA or equivalent professional body.
3. Store Support Officer
The Store Support Officer ensures proper store administration, including accounting, inventory management, reporting, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage documentation and transmit reports to Head Office.
- Assist with P&L, GP, and daily stock management reports.
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Experience in consulting (advantage).
- Post invoices and track transactions in ERP.
- Oversee stock movement, inventory, and monthly stock takes.
- Handle recruitment documentation and HR support tasks.
- Coordinate compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, stock management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
