Available Positions
1. Administrative Officer – Abuja

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to manage facility operations, fleet management, and general administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs, schedules, and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections to identify safety hazards and repairs.
  • Manage fleet operations including scheduling, fueling, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promote sustainable practices (energy efficiency, recycling, green initiatives).
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in branch and general administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
2. Cash Officer – Kaduna

The Cash Officer will oversee cash management and teller activities to ensure efficient banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ATM cash loading and reconciliation.
  • Optimize cash in vault and supervise cash sorting activities.
  • Maintain records/registers and supervise teller operations.
  • Ensure timely execution of end-of-day procedures and reports.
  • Guarantee zero fraud tolerance and compliance with regulations.
  • Back up Head, Cash Management & Branch Operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ banking experience in cash management.
3. Head, Branch Operations – Kaduna

The Head of Branch Operations will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise cash management and vault access control.
  • Liaise with auditors to prevent exceptions or fines.
  • Review reports and internal ledgers regularly.
  • Manage customer complaints and benchmark service standards.
  • Supervise, train, and coordinate branch staff.
  • Drive digital banking adoption.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in branch operations.
