1. Customer Service Officer (Machine Maintenance) – Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate after-sales service operations
- Prepare quotations and manage spare parts/repair orders
- Handle invoicing, documentation, and customer follow-ups
- Maintain service and sales records
- Submit periodic management reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales support, service coordination, or spare parts operations
- Strong communication, customer handling, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- CRM experience is an added advantage
- Age: 18–30 years
2. Tele-Verification Officer (TVO) -Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone-based verification for clients, guarantors, and employers
- Review and validate KYC documents
- Detect red flags and inconsistencies
- Update CRM records accurately
- Meet daily/weekly verification targets
- Ensure compliance with credit and AML guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in any field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tele-verification, KYC processing, call operations, or credit administration
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML processes
- Ability to meet verification targets
3. Digital Marketing Officer – Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital brand visibility and strategic business growth
- Lead online campaigns, content creation, and lead generation
- Support technical and commercial teams with marketing materials
- Utilize digital tools for analytics and performance reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing—preferably in engineering, power, or industrial sectors
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently
4. Site Manager / Project Manager – Abuja
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EPC substation installation projects from planning to execution
- Manage project feasibility, budgeting, procurement, and design coordination
- Liaise with customers, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor site progress and ensure project delivery timelines
- Oversee documentation and compliance requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
- 6–9 years’ experience handling EPC substation installation projects
- Strong industry exposure (EPC, Substation Installation)
- Excellent coordination, planning, and leadership skills
5. Distribution Management System (DMS) Officer – Kaduna
Key Responsibilities
- Manage DMS implementation with approved distributors
- Ensure proper configuration, installation, and system functionality
- Support data uploads for sales, stock, and purchase transactions
- Collaborate with distributors and Sales Capability Managers
- Provide technical support and access control
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations, MIS, or DMS management
- Knowledge of DMS platforms, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and SFA tools
- Strong Excel and data-management skills
6. Tally Accountant – Oyo
Key Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions using Tally ERP
- Prepare and verify accounting entries
- Reconcile ledgers, bank statements, and supplier accounts
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets
- Monitor inventory valuation and transactional accuracy
- Manage statutory compliance (VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.)
- Provide audit documentation and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–4 years’ accounting experience (FMCG, agro-allied, or manufacturing)
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 (mandatory)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and financial reporting skills
- Strong MS Excel proficiency
- Female candidates preferred
