1. Front Desk Officer

Job Description

The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role involves managing reception duties, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure a smooth office experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in front desk or administrative roles
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar position
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude and professional demeanour
  • Good organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office

2. Executive Assistant

Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide top-level administrative support to senior executives, manage schedules, coordinate communications, oversee projects, and maintain strict confidentiality. The role requires excellent organisation, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • First Degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • At least 3 years supporting a top executive or HNI, preferably in tech/fintech
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and organised
  • Strong confidentiality, multitasking, and communication abilities
  • Energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented
