- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in front desk or administrative roles
- Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar position
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and professional demeanour
- Good organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office
2. Executive Assistant
Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide top-level administrative support to senior executives, manage schedules, coordinate communications, oversee projects, and maintain strict confidentiality. The role requires excellent organisation, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- First Degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- At least 3 years supporting a top executive or HNI, preferably in tech/fintech
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Highly proactive, self-directed, and organised
- Strong confidentiality, multitasking, and communication abilities
- Energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented
