Available Positions

1. Procurement Officer

  • Location: Warri, Delta State
Job Description:

Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials, equipment, and services required for drilling operations. Ensures procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, compliant, and meet both company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with approved vendors and contractors.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure procurement of drilling consumables, spare parts, and tools.
  • Maintain vendor database and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Monitor procurement costs and ensure compliance with NCDMB and other regulations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
  • Prepare procurement reports and support audits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ procurement/supply chain experience in drilling operations.
  • Professional certification (CIPS, ISM, NIProc) is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, ERP software, and vendor management skills.

2. Management Accountant

  • Location: Delta, Lagos, Rivers
Job Description:

Provides accurate and timely financial information for decision-making. Prepares budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and performance reports to align financial strategy with operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, income, and expenditures.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements.
  • Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 5–7 years’ finance/accounting experience.
  • ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA certification.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

3. Finance Manager

  • Location: Delta & Rivers State
Job Description:

Oversees the financial health of the company through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. Supports strategic decision-making and manages finance teams to maintain strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial policies and strategies.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate financial consolidation across SBUs.
  • Oversee compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
  • Provide technical training and risk management support.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or related discipline.
  • ICAN or ACCA professional certification.
  • 8–10 years’ finance/accounting experience.
  • Strong leadership and financial control expertise.

4. Financial Planning & Reporting Manager

  • Location: Lagos
Job Description:

Manages the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. Provides financial analysis and insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial strategies, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Coordinate statutory reporting and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Provide financial insights for resource optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Finance/Accounting.
  • ICAN or ACCA certification.
  • 8–10 years’ relevant experience.
