1. Public Relations Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective PR strategies to promote brand awareness.
  • Build and sustain relationships with media houses, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, speeches, and promotional materials.
  • Manage communication during product launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, preparing performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to maintain message consistency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.A./B.Sc./HND in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations or Communications.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of media relations and brand management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

2. HR Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Lead initiatives that foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace grievances.
  • Liaise with outsourcing agencies for contracts, transfers, and new hires.
  • Process monthly payroll and compile sales reports from the DMS platform.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

3. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Description:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Support the development of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives that foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Must reside within or near Ogba, Lagos.
