Job Description

The Field Collection Agent will be responsible for visiting customers with overdue loan payments, collecting outstanding installments, updating repayment records, and ensuring compliance with company recovery procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site visits to customers with pending repayments.
Communicate repayment options and negotiate feasible payment plans.
Verify customer details and promptly update repayment data.
Recover company assets or collateral in line with company policy.
Collaborate with local authorities on overdue or fraudulent cases.
Maintain professionalism and protect company reputation during field operations.
Report progress and potential fraud cases to the supervisor regularly.

Qualifications & Requirements

OND, BSc, or HND in any field.
Prior experience in loan collection, field recovery, or related financial services preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
High sense of discipline, honesty, and accountability.
Must be familiar with local geography and market terrain.
Proficiency in local language and basic English is required.
