Job Description
Nahco Aviance invites applications from qualified and motivated graduates for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program.
This program is designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to thrive in the aviation and logistics industry. Successful candidates will undergo structured training, participate in workshops and team-building exercises, and gain hands-on experience across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in on-the-job training and company workshops.
- Assist teams with research, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Attend meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Maintain a log of training experiences and lessons learned.
- Compile reports and presentations for supervisors.
- Conduct field visits and participate in real-world project implementations.
- Uphold the company’s professional image and standards at all times.
- Complete assessments or evaluations at the end of the program.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/B.Sc./HND) in any relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of post-graduation experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and adaptability.
- Must be based in Lagos (applications from outside Lagos will not be considered).
