1. Commercial Coordinator (Delta State)
Responsibilities:
- Develop commercial strategies that ensure value for money across contract life cycles
- Oversee pre- and post-contract processes with legal teams
- Identify opportunities for business development and income generation
- Analyze project risks, timelines, and commercial viability
- Drive stakeholder engagement and resolve commercial conflicts
- Supervise project invoicing, resource allocation, and cash flow optimization
- Provide input for project cost control and continuity strategies
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, or related discipline
- Professional certification is an advantage
- At least 8 years’ experience in commercial roles within oil & gas
- Solid knowledge of Joint Venture contracts and financial modelling
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience managing full commercial contract life cycles

2. IT Security Analyst (Lagos State)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage network and system security across platforms
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Perform audits and respond to Sophos MDR alerts
- Provide monthly cybersecurity training to staff
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and other standards
- Analyze and secure cloud and on-prem infrastructure
- Collaborate with departments to align security practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Certifications: CISM, CISSP, Microsoft Security certifications, etc.
- 3–5 years’ experience in enterprise-level IT security
- Knowledge of firewalls (especially FortiGate), vulnerability assessment tools, and secure coding
- Understanding of compliance frameworks like GDPR or HIPAA
- Excellent analytical, communication, and incident response skills
3. Assets Lead (Delta State)
Responsibilities:
- Lead asset maintenance and reliability programs
- Develop and execute maintenance strategies aligned with business goals
- Supervise technical teams and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance routines
- Manage contractors and vendors, including performance tracking
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement continuous improvements
- Maintain documentation for asset performance and activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MSc is a plus)
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in asset management (oil and gas sector)
- Strong technical background in mechanical systems (cranes, engines, heavy equipment)
- Familiarity with CMMS and regulatory safety standards
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize asset performance
