Job Description
International Health Management Services Limited is recruiting a Nurse Graduate Trainee to join its team in Ikeja, Lagos. This role is designed for early-career nursing professionals who are eager to build a career in corporate healthcare administration while gaining exposure to healthcare service delivery, operations, and patient care management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Must have completed or be awaiting Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licensing
- Strong interest in healthcare services and healthcare administration
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
