Job Description
O.Peenice Adio Global Enterprise is seeking a motivated and passionate Nurse Graduate Trainee to join its healthcare operations team. This trainee role provides an opportunity for nursing graduates to gain practical experience in healthcare administration, customer support, provider management, and medical claims processing within a corporate healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and exposure to various healthcare service functions while developing professional and technical competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Support team in responding to patient inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
- Assist clients in accessing healthcare services and relevant information.
- Work with the Provider Management team to coordinate activities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Support the Claims Department in reviewing and processing medical claims according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, provider communications, and claims documentation.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance healthcare and administrative skills.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and professional standards.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must have completed or be awaiting licensing from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Strong interest in healthcare services, patient support, and healthcare administration.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.
