Job Description
Erisco Foods Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will help manage the MD’s daily schedule, coordinate meetings, handle confidential correspondence, and ensure smooth workflow and time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s diary, schedule, and appointments efficiently.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, external visits, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Screen and direct telephone calls and emails appropriately.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the MD’s office.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Management Sciences or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and internet-based applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
