Job Description
Hotel Capitol is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of goods and services, cost control, proper documentation, and compliance with internal procurement procedures within a hospitality environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Procurement, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years proven experience in procurement, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and markets.
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
