We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Pharmacist (Fresher) who is eager to learn and grow within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will support daily production activities, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and contribute to maintaining high-quality production standards.
Job Description
Assist in planning and executing daily production activities
Ensure compliance with GMP standards and company SOPs
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency
Participate in line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation
Maintain accurate batch manufacturing and packaging records
Support equipment cleaning, validation, and calibration
Report deviations, non-conformances, and production issues promptly
Collaborate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution
Fresh graduate or NYSC member/completed
Must be registered or registerable with PCN
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good documentation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Proactive and adaptable attitude
