Job Description
Moniepoint is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the stability, reliability, and high performance of its software products. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute test plans, ensure product quality, and support development in a test-driven environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working within Agile development methodologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3–5 years proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst/Engineer or similar role
- Strong familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong resourcefulness and troubleshooting ability
- High attention to detail and technical depth
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
